The C13367 series are optical measurement modules that can detect low-level light. It has a built-in MPPC with a flexible cable. These modules consist of an MPPC, an amplifier, a high-voltage power supply circuit, and a temperature compensation circuit. The photosensitive area is available in three sizes: 1.3 × 1.3 mm, 3 × 3 mm, 6 × 6 mm. The signal output is analog. The modules operate just by connecting them to an external power supply (±5 V).

The C11209-110 is an optical measurement module capable of detecting low level light. Utilizing a small pixel pitch (10 μm) MPPC allows high-speed measurement over a wide dynamic range, making the C11209-110 suitable for high-speed signal measurement such as distance measurement. These modules consist of an MPPC array, an amplifier, a comparator circuit, and a high-voltage power supply circuit with a temperature compensation function, etc. They have a USB port that can be used to retrieve data and change the thresh- old level using a PC. External power supply is not necessary (USB bus powered). They come in two types with different photo-sensitive areas, 1 × 1 mm and 3 × 3 mm.

MPPC array modules with energy discrimination capability
The C13368/C13369 series [MCA (multichannel analyzer) type] is an optical measurement module with an MPPC array that can detect very-low-level light. These modules consist of a 16 ch MPPC array, a signal processing circuit, an A/D converter, and a high-voltage power supply circuit. It has a USB port that can be used to retrieve energy information of each channel using a PC. External power supply is not necessary (USB bus powered). It comes in two types with different photosensitive areas, 1 × 1 mm and 3 × 3 mm. X-rays and gamma-rays can be detected in combination with a scintillator.
